Nieman is the Owner of New Edge Athletic Training. He grew up in Katy, Texas and started playing sports at a very young age.He played Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, and Tennis throughout his childhood and adolescent years. Nieman excelled in Football in High School and went on to play at Valley College in Van Nuys, California his freshmen year.After college, he realized that he had a passion for making a positive impact on someone’s health and performance as well as mentoring and wanted to put together a business that did them both.Fast forward to 2012, when N.E.A.T., LLC was established.His goal is to make a positive impact in Hays County Texas Community by mentoring the young and helping them reach their athletic goals.
Nieman graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2006 with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.Nieman has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2012. He is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.He currently resides in the Kyle area and is married with 3 kids. In his spare time, he loves to do anything to keep him active,he enjoys spending time with his family and Barbecuing.

Lift-It Class – If you like Olympic lifting and Strength Training this is for you. This class focuses on building complete and all around strength, through the use of proper periodization and programming, technique, and great coaching. This class is open to Adults and Athletes.
HIIT Class (High Intensity Interval Training) – Burning fat is the sole purpose of this class. In this 30 minute class we use all training movements and training types to promote maximal fat burning during and after you leave this class. If you like short and sweet and hot and spicy, this class is for you!
Performance Training – In order to improve as an athlete, you must train like an athlete. Our Performance Training program, through proper use of programming and periodization, endurance training, strength training, speed and agility, and plyometric movements will prepare all athletes who compete competitively. This class is open to Adults and Athletes.
Personal Training – Our certified trainers will identify your needs and design a specific individual program to guide you in your road to success. Your personalized program will start with a needs analysis and body measurements and fitness testing so we can equip our clients with the necessary tools to ensure success. Call today to get started!
Athletic Team Training – Our team training will create and develop a program to target a team’s weaknesses and strengths, to have them competing at the highest level possible. We train teams of all sports and age groups. Please call for more information.
